Delivery conditions

All prices on the website of Ervopro BV include dutch VAT. On international shipments VAT is deducted at the payment stage when you select a country other than the Netherlands
International shipment fees will be added at the payment page. We have different fees according to different countries. Als the free house amount differs per country.
Goods are shipped only after full payment has been received. We offer a variety of online payment methods.
The customer is responsible for providing full and accurate adres details. Ervopro BV is not responsible if a wrong or incomplete adres is provided.
You are fully protected under the Dutch legal system, one of the most protective laws for consumers buying through internet. We operate according to the Dutch laws and regulations. You have the right to return goods within 14 days after receipt of the goods providing they are not used, undamaged and packaging is unopened. As a general rule if we can sell it as new again then we accept the return.
Shipping fees are not refunded unless the technical specifications we provide are incorrect, then shipping fees are also refunded.
Returns must be free house to us, we will not accept returns which are postage unpaid.
Goods with opened packaging are not refunded.
Damaged goods are not refunded.
If a product does not conform to our technical description then a full refund is made including transport, and above limitations do not apply.
