RETURNING YOUR GOODS
Let’s be honest, nobody likes to return the goods but sometimes it happens. Luckily we do not make a big fuss around it.
We are a Dutch company, and as such you are protected by Dutch law, one of the fairest when it comes to buying online. By law you have 14 days after receipt of goods to return the goods. As long as they are unused, in the original packaging and sent back with full postage paid we will return you your money.
As a rule of thumb, if we can sell it as new again, you can return it within 14 days.
If the goods do not comply to the technical standards we have described, we will also refund you the postage we spend sending it to you and the return postage as well. This also applies when it comes to any production mistake or material fault.
Since we cannot look “inside” the material, the 14 days return policy is not strictly adherred to when it comes to material breakage or similar quality issues. We prefer a happy customer who will come and buy at our store again.
