Tap – Cutting plate HSS-G universal

This tap – cutting plate is made of HSS-G material and has a universal size of 25 x 9. We have the standard tap sizes from M3 to M10 in stock, but other sizes and thread types are available on request. This insert is used in combination with a cutting insert holder to apply thread to the outside of your product so that you can then screw a nut or similar onto it. This universal tapping insert can be used on most unhardened metals.

This insert is used in combination with a universal insert holder, which we also have in our range. This insert holder fits all standard universal inserts, so with one holder you can use all size inserts.
